About Our Client
Our client is a leading supplier for MRO Consumables and Components, with successful YoY growth and continuous developments of their strategy. They are looking to grow their team by bringing on board 10 Sales Account Managers to manage key customer relationships and develop stronger connections with their clients to ensure continuous growth.
Job Description
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Nurturing and developing relationships with existing accounts through upselling and identifying cost-effective solutions tailored to your customers' needs.
* Providing excellent customer satisfaction through consistent contact and relationship management.
* Being consistent with performance, ensuring you are delivering on all activity requirements.
* Closing business and developing strong, long-term relationships.
* Updating and maintaining the CRM and detailing all customer contact.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous sales experience is essential for this role, whether over the phone, email, or in person.
* Ability to work towards company set targets.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
* Industrial and MRO consumable experience would be advantageous but not essential.
* Highly driven individual who is hungry for commission.
