Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience. Assist with guest requests during their stay e.g. helping with luggage and directing guests when parking their cars. To ensure the Front Office area is clean and well maintained and to ensure the front entrance and car park is clean and in good condition. To assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times. Computer literate and great attention to detail are required to carry out Front Desk duties, check in/out guests and to create business reports. The Night Team also conduct security walks around the property and are required to assist with Bar & Room service preparation as required.
