About the Role
The successful candidate will manage a broad range of family law matters, including:
* Divorce and financial settlements.
* Private children law matters, including child arrangements and parental responsibility disputes.
* Cohabitation agreements and disputes.
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
* Advising on domestic violence and protective orders.
The role provides the opportunity to work closely with clients, offering compassionate and practical advice while building strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload of family law matters with autonomy and professionalism.
* Supporting clients through often sensitive and complex legal processes.

* Maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional client service.
The Ideal Candidate
* A qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in family law.
* Experience handling a wide range of family law cases, including financial and children matters.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* A proactive and organized approach to managing workloads and meeting deadlines.
