NEW: Service Advisor/Bookings Co-ordinator - Go SMART Repair Ltd - Liverpool
We are now looking to recruit a permanent/full-time bookings co-ordinator to join us at the Regional Bookings Centre for our rapidly expanding sister company, Go SMART Repair Ltd in Liverpool, L3 3BU.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a busy office, bodyshop, or automotive dealership environment previously and will be expected to carry out the following duties:
* Entering our Retail Insurance Customers' Vehicle SMART repair bookings on our internal IT Computer System (Big Change). Full hands-on training will be provided.
* Liaising with our customers and our SMART Repair Technicians on the telephone.
* Updating the system when repairs have been confirmed with our retail customers and synchronising with our technicians' online diaries.
* Dealing with incoming calls and email enquiries.
* Making outgoing calls.
Microsoft Office experience is essential, along with attention to detail. Good geographical knowledge of the UK, particularly the North-West, Midlands, South-East, and South Coast, is also required.
Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
