An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to work full time within the Professional Education and Development Team as a Clinical Educator for Post Registration, working with the current nursing, nursing support workers, and future nurse workforce.
The post holder will be expected to work across BSMHFT with clinical colleagues to develop and embed good practice, provide innovative teaching and education, identify new practice initiatives, and embed evidence-based practice.
This post is currently offering 1x permanent position and 1x 22 months secondment.
The post holder will be a professional role model and work within the BSMHFT Corporate Nursing Team to support the workforce within clinical practice, providing up-to-date evidence-based practice and supporting the transition and development of our unregistered and qualified workforce.
The role will include working across BSMHFT in a variety of settings alongside colleagues in clinical areas, ensuring they have the necessary support and education in practice to raise the standards of care delivery.
The post holder will use their knowledge, skills, and experience to plan, organise, and deliver quality training on a range of subjects pertinent to the clinical needs. The post holder will also ensure the evaluation and audit of education and training packages.
