At the heart of their role is the day-to-day partnership they build with our clients, becoming a trusted advisor to establish a strategic relationship that builds revenue, creates opportunities for growth and generates new business. We expect our Account Managers to go after every new project, working within the business unit and closely with the wider team, to coordinate the response; proposals and quotes, working with Insight and drafting the creative brief, then partnering with the Producer/PM to translate the client ask into a delivery plan when we win.
