The Supply Chain Co-coordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for maintaining the administration for the department in a timely, controlled and structured manner. Hours of work Monday – Friday, providing holiday cover when necessary. This is a full-time and permanent role. Salary: £26,000 per annum Key responsibilities and duties of the role include: Management of site based P2P,managing discipline of system including Capex P2P. Reporting OTIF results. Monitoring OTIF, managing actions to resolve issues Reporting tier info to the site Managing booking of meeting room. Manage and purchase relevant stationery/office consumables. Completing monthly SMR report Completing KPI portal data entry To support the operation of the weighbridge during day to day peaks and holidays, ensuring compliance with all company requirements The successful candidate will have: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Proven track record of providing administrative support. Excellent team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter/organised.
