ML56- Quality Assurance Coordinator. Salary: £40,000- £45,000. Location: Oxford. Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate a comprehensive Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001. Maintain Quality Assurance (QA) policies, procedures, and guidelines to support a commitment to quality excellence. Coordinate external audits with certification bodies, including BSI and Achilles. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address quality-related issues, ensuring effective corrective and preventative actions are taken. Manage the process for internal QA audits, preparing the audit programme and updating it quarterly. Coordinate a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and training as needed to enhance skills where possible. Undertake internal QA audits. File and analyse internal audit results, ensuring corrective action requests are implemented and closed out effectively. Support the preparation of quality management reviews with senior management. Prepare and update intranet pages and QA content. Prepare and issue communications relevant to the QMS where necessary. Support a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. Act as a central point of contact for quality assurance and general compliance queries. Assist with developing and managing a comprehensive Customer Care process. Prepare resources to facilitate Customer Care Interviews. Analyse results from Customer Care interviews, addressing opportunities for improvement and training accordingly. Skills and qualifications: QA Auditor qualification desirable. Proven experience working within Quality Assurance, to be discussed at interview. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving mindset; able to demonstrate initiative and sound judgment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Salary: £40,000- £45,000. Location: Oxford
