THE ROLE:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll own end-to-end campaign evaluation and pricing optimisation projects, helping the business make smarter decisions on high-value investments. You’ll collaborate with commercial, trading, and data teams to shape strategies that directly influence the bottom line.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Analysing promotional campaign performance to identify trends and actionable insights.
* Designing and refining data-led promotional strategies to maximise customer engagement and ROI.
* Building pricing models and using scenario analysis to understand impacts across products and segments.
* Developing frameworks for elasticity modelling, A/B testing, and pricing experimentation.
* Presenting clear, data-driven recommendations to commercial stakeholders and senior leadership.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Strong background in analytics, ideally in a retail, FMCG, or pricing-focused environment.
* Proven ability to use statistical methods (e.g. regression, hypothesis testing) to guide commercial decisions.
* Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
* Comfortable with pricing optimisation frameworks and promotional effectiveness analysis.
* Strong communication skills – able to distil complex analytics into actionable insight for non-technical audiences.
* Commercial acumen – you understand how to balance customer value, business growth, and profitability.
