What is the role?
We are seeking a Market Logistics Coordinator to join our UK Customer Service team to play a key role in supporting the seamless machine delivery and installation for our customers. Working with stakeholders, you will manage the interactions between our Logistics providers and a range of internal departments whilst ensuring that all logistics processes are operating efficiently, and the required performance standards are being achieved.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Day to day management of failed deliveries from our Logistics Partners, management of customer complaints and feedback to Customer Services and Quality.
* Analysis of data related to deliveries, identifying trends and issues and investigating root causes, recommending solutions to drive improvements. Reporting weekly the Logistics Partner business performance and concerns to the Market Logistics Lead.
* Participating in physical stocktakes and supporting with transactional activity when required.
* Collation of key metrics frequently to monitor the Logistics Partners performance, detailing the data in presentations for weekly OTIF reviews Skype calls with our Logistics Partners (or any adhoc requests).
* Monitoring the DBP ensuring that all drinks and machines are PO’d on time to guarantee timeliness and accuracy of customer invoicing.
* Complete SAP testing as and when required.
The successful candidate will have:
* Basic MS Office use – Excel, Outlook, Word.
* Strong written/verbal communication skills.
* SAP & Sales force experience.
* Attention to detail & high level of accuracy.
* Customer Service experience.
* Logistics Administration Experience.
