As part of the Planning team, the successful Senior Town Planner will be working with the existing team to support high-profile clients offering planning advice, consultation and services for projects in the Residential, Education, Heritage and Commercial sectors.
The successful Senior Town Planner will lead and support the team, prioritising workload and ensuring projects are delivered within pre-agreed deadlines. Position Overview
-Leading a wide variety of projects, including Residential, Commercial, Educational, Heritage and Commercial
-Liaising with clients directly
-Attending meetings and site visits
-Managing workload and meeting set deadlines
-Planning Appeal Submissions
Requirements
-Degree qualified within a relevant subject
-Chartership with the RTPI (or close to submitting)
-Strong town planning experience
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Ability to manage workload and time frames
