We are recruiting for a PA/Administrator for a property management company based in Nantwich.
The role will ideally suit someone with experience in property management and looking for between 20 and 30 hours per week.
* Organize and maintain office systems and records.
* Manage correspondence and scheduling
* Maintain diaries
* Handle tenant inquiries and correspondence professionally.
* Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with contractors.
* Update property management systems with accurate and timely information.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records.
* Offer occasional out of hours telephone support for tenant emergencies
Requirements
* Previous experience in property administration or a similar role is desirable.
* A background business administration, or customer service is advantageous.
* Experience in property management would be a distinct advantage
