Job Description
As a seasoned facilities or operations manager with expertise in hard services, we seek an exciting opportunity for you to join one of the largest property management companies in the UK. This standout commercial destination in Romford offers a unique chance to be the Technical Services Manager and play a key role in creating exceptional site standards.
Salary: £80,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently manage and organize M&E contractors to deliver exceptional service.
* Ensure compliance with statutory health & safety requirements.
* Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, including onsite tenants, the landlord, and more.
Opportunities
* Be a key player in creating and maintaining exceptional site standards, working with the wider team.
* Oversee PPM measures, and wider fit out & project work.
* Lead on all aspects of M&E at the commercial destination.
Requirements
* Experience in a customer-facing environment, in a hard service-focused role.
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualified and knowledgeable about compliance within the SFG20 standard.
* The ability to work collaboratively in a team, and support other team members when needed.
