Hours: Full time post 37.5 hours per week (flexible rota to suit needs of centre)
Holiday entitlement: 25 days leave per annum plus bank holidays for full-time working.
Ethical Pension scheme with a 6.5% salary contribution being matched by AAT.

Job Overview
We are excited to be recruiting an enthusiastic person, committed to tackling the climate emergency and supporting community wellbeing, to help us develop and run an arts and education programme at our new low-carbon arts and education centre Hwb y Gors.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage an arts and education programme that reflects the joint objectives of addressing the climate/biodiversity emergencies and community resilience.
2. Target a comprehensive programme for all ages and abilities.
3. Work closely with the Hwb y Gors Centre Manager to realize the ambition for the centre to be self-sustaining within 3 years and to be Net Zero by 2030.
About Us
Awel Aman Tawe is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee, with a programme of work to support the transition to net zero. We work on a number of projects including energy efficiency, renewable energy, community resilience, sustainable transport, community arts and education programmes. We have developed two of the largest renewable energy co-ops in the UK which have helped to support the development of Hwb y Gors.
