IT Support Specialist (German Speaking) Sunbury - On-site (Mon-Fri)Salary: Up to £28,500Essential Criteria
1. Able to speak and effectivelymunicate in both English and German, seeking those able to support off-site teams in Germany.
2. Able to work in the UK full time (no sponsorship available).
3. Experience working in an IT Support/Helpdesk Support/1st Line Support position; supporting across software, hardware and applications. (1+ year).
4. Able to travel to Sunbury (on-site minimum 3/4 days per week).

6. Experience of providing technical support: troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, issue resolution, etc.
7. Experience supporting hardware, software and applications previously.
8. Detail orientated, looking to resolve issues in line withpany policy, and also to track potential long-term issues.
