Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and skilled teachers in all subjects to work across secondary schools in the Cardiff region. Whether you are an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher looking for your first role, we have a range of roles to suit your skills and availability!
About the role:
* Deliver and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of KS3 and KS4 pupils in line with the National Curriculum.
* Deliver pre-planned lessons and assess student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education with an ability to inspire and engage students of varying abilities.
* Assess, track and report on pupil progress, tailoring approaches to maximise achievement.
* Adapt to different school settings and work collaboratively with school staff.
Successful applicants will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (preferred but not essential for ECTs).
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service (guidance will be given)
* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (guidance will be given)
* Ability to travel to the Cardiff area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
