The Office of Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) supports the Police and Crime Commissioner serving Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The OPCC provides a link between Hampshire & Isle Wight Constabulary (HIOWC) and the communities they serve through setting the budget and holding the Chief Constable to account in the delivery of an efficient and effective service.
The main function of the OPCC’s Facilities Management (FM) team is to maintain all Police estates across the county, keeping them safe and fit for purpose.
About the Role
As part of the Netley FM team your role will be to deliver the day to day planned and reactive maintenance of the operational police estate.
Being a visible part of the Estates Team, engaging with building users and taking an eyes and ear on approach to building maintenance, proactively recording building issues in order to maintain high standards in building compliance To ensure that when failures occur or serious works to resolve issue are undertaken safely, efficiently and cost effectively.

About You
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar facilities role with a minimum of 3 year's experience. You will need to have good time management and prioritisation skills, and be comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
Well developed and effective communication and interpersonal skills and able to engage with people at all levels across the estate.
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and relevant regulations.
You will be computer literate and confident in your ability to learn new systems.
You must hold a full UK driving licence.
