We are looking for a Head of Social Media. Who will be responsible for shaping and executing our content strategy. You’ll lead a team of social media specialists and content creators, driving engagement, growing brand awareness and building an active and loyal community across all core social platforms. In this role you will: You will lead the development and execution of our social media and content strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Lead a team of social media managers and work in close partnership with content creators and designers (internally & externally) to produce high-quality, engaging content. Create and oversee content calendars, aligned to the overall marketing plan and ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone. You will analyse social media metrics to track performance, optimise campaigns, and present actionable insights. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to ensure our brand is at the forefront of digital marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, acquisition, design, and product, to develop content that supports brand campaigns and goals. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Marketing literate with experience across all channels and multiple categories, and a proven track record in content & social media marketing. 100% focus on delivery – all campaigns to be delivered on time and on budget. Developed strategic thinking capability with developed ideas for creator and innovator. Passionate about customers and delivering against customer needs. A flexible and adaptable management style with experience of developing yourself and others. Strong written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact to wide and varied audiences. This role is based in Birmingham, Chester, Sheffield, Leeds.
