We have an opportunity for a Quality and Risk Managerto to join their team of staff in the Senior Management Team. To include the role ofplaints manager to drive positive patient experience. This is a full-time role for hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Your new role
1. Qualifications in a Health-related discipline
2. Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
3. Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems and intermediateputer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement concepts and applications.
5. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, schedules, set goals/objectives.
6. Demonstrated a high level of interpersonal andmunication skills, including excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
7. Demonstrated the ability to operate in an environment of change.
What you'll need to succeed
8. To enhance and strengthen the organisation's broad quality improvement program in line with the Circle corporate vision,ernance framework and operational plan and to ensure the hospital is well-prepared to meet external regulatory inspection requirements
9. Working closely with the hospital senior management team to co-ordinate and provide leadership for the operational management of quality assurance and patient safety with the aim of ensuring the provision of high quality safe care
10. Champion and raise awareness of the benefits of effectiveernance and implement strategies to increase the knowledge of hospital staff of quality processes and regulatory requirements
11. Co-ordinate and further develop the hospital’s clinicalernance activities, policies and systems.
12. To lead and support the hospital to achieve a good or higher rating for CQC/HIS/HIW regulatory inspections
