Responsibilities
1. Process supplier invoices in a timely manner.
2. Prepare monthly payment runs for multiple currencies.
3. Maintain supplier accounts and address outstanding payments, resolving them promptly.
4. Make ad-hoc payments and submit.
5. Reconcile supplier statements.
6. Respond in a timely manner to supplier queries and resolve any issues through internal communication.
7. Support the annual audit.
8. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
9. Previous experience in a high volume invoice processing role.
10. Immediate availability.
11. Attention to detail.
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
