As part of our Reception team, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Key Responsibilities: • Answering and forwarding calls, taking messages when needed and greeting visitors • Keeping reception and meeting rooms tidy and organised • Managing stationery and supplies • Handling deliveries and distributing them promptly • Issuing acknowledgment letters and updating databases • Liaising with contractors for building services • Supporting general office tasks and ad-hoc duties Please note this is a casual position. You will need to be flexible to cover holidays, absence and weekends when needed.
