Responsibilities
1. Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed.
2. Attend daily buzz meetings starting at 08:50am with your team.
3. Undertake telephone-based quotes with prospective clients using fact find to capture data.
4. Research the market and provide quotes and information to clients relevant to the protection they require.
5. Make follow-up calls to clients to chase decisions and the progress of quotes.
6. Overcome objections and promote the key selling features of the recommended insurer.
7. Apply for cover on the insurer's site and chase progress.
8. Liaise with underwriters to understand if cover will be approved and on what terms to advise clients.
9. Ensure all policy administration is handled professionally and promptly.
10. Adhere to all company, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
11. Maintain your technical competence.
12. Support colleagues from all areas of the business when required.
Qualifications
* Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance
