The position is office-based in Luton, with flexibility working from home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for finding and nurturing new opportunities for Axis and our partners. You will convey the value of Axis technology and help prospective partners understand the value Axis solutions can bring to their business. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a great first impression and nurturing long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
Other responsibilities include:
* Educate and develop inbound leads to identify and create sales opportunities.
* Follow up on leads via phone and email, tracking productivity daily in Salesforce.
* Identify high-potential prospects and transition to the sales team.
* Drive attendance and registration for sales and marketing initiatives and events.
* Drive registration for Academy training classes through calls, email, and social outreach.
* Educate partners and customers on Axis technology.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We believe you are passionate about technology and keen to develop your sales skills in a value-based sales environment. You will have experience in using multiple channels to engage with your customer base, including telephone, virtual meetings, social media, and email. Furthermore, we’d love to see that you are a pure team player who gets energy from building positive relationships.
We'd love to see that you have/are:
* Up to 2 years of experience in a similar sales position.
* Professional language skills in English, written and spoken.
* Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience in using social channels as a communication channel.
* A big interest in innovative technology.
* A motivated self-starter who loves a challenge.
* Customer-centric personality with a drive to deliver.
Bonus points for:
* Experience in any CRM, preferably Salesforce.
