Overview Our client is a specialist fit-out and refurbishment team dedicated to bringing spaces to life. They aim to be the preferred choice for smart interior fit-out and refurbishment across multiple sectors in the UK. They are looking to appoint an Estimator to be based from their head office in Yeovil, Somerset. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for fit-out and refurbishment projects. Analyse project specifications, drawings, and documentation to understand requirements. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes. Assess project risks and provide value engineering solutions. Maintain accurate records of tenders and costings. Collaborate with the project team to ensure cost-effective solutions. Key Requirements (Skills & Experience) Proven experience as an Estimator in the fit-out and refurbishment sector. Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and procurement processes. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
