Responsibilities
- Specialise in recruiting for software and data roles within the life sciences sector, with a focus on biotech and medtech.
- Partner with innovative deep-tech and AI-driven biotech companies, supporting their growth by finding the best talent in software, data science, and AI/ML.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across Europe and the US, acting as a strategic recruitment partner.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI-driven drug discovery, computational biology, and life sciences technology, continuously developing expertise in this space.
- Provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends, helping companies scale effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology recruitment, particularly within software and data.
- A strong interest in supporting Life Sciences companies develop expertise in deep tech, and AI/M.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term professional relationships rather than transactional recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment processes across multiple regions.
