The Role
Provide effective administration of HR systems.
Support and lead recruitment process for internal and external roles.
Be first person of contact for Managers, Supervisors and Employees.
Drive engagement by supporting, owning and implementing engagement projects and events.
Lead activities to improve accuracy and reduce payroll related issues
Participate in talent reviews and deduce development measures for succession planning.
Work closely with the Human Resources Manager in the development and execution of strategic workforce plans in partnership with business leaders.
Efficiently administer HR Polices, procedures and standards in line with employment law.
The Person
2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and able to think in your feet.
Collaborator with ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion with proven track record of, developing good working relationships.
Resilient and able to manage conflict and influence people.
Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment.
Ideally CIPD Qualified or desire to qualify as support will be given
