A great opportunity has arisen to join the area's leading property professionals as a full-time Lettings Negotiator within an award-winning Estate & Letting Agent. We've built a reputation by providing Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants with a service that is second to none and is focused on the moving goals of each individual. You'll be working with a close-knit, professional team with excellent support from motivated individuals within the office.
We are a company dedicated to providing top-notch property lettings services to our clients. With a focus on excellent customer service and a commitment to meeting our clients' needs, we strive to create positive experiences for both landlords and tenants.
This fast-paced, exciting and ever-evolving role involves:
1. Carrying out property viewings with potential tenants
2. Handling applications and negotiating between landlord and tenant
3. Handling referencing, drawing up tenancy agreements and carrying out key releases
4. Dealing with enquiries in a positive and professional manner
5. Keeping clients up to date
6. Managing adverts on property portals
7. Having a detailed understanding of our available stock and being able to match these to client requirements.
8. Working towards strict daily, weekly and monthly targets with your team.
9. Promoting the company’s additional products, such as Rent Guarantee, insurance, and financial services.
10. Creating detailed and professional marketing packs for properties including photographs and floorplans.
The Person - What we're looking for?
1. A self-motivated driven individual who puts the client's needs first
2. Experience in a sales background is desirable, but not required as full training & development will be provided as standard.
3. A professional attitude that takes pride in their work and the service they provide.
4. A great listener & positive mindset.
5. A commercially minded individual who is results-driven with the ability to create letting conversions quickly and effectively.
6. Strong negotiation skills
7. A passion to deliver excellent customer service
8. A high level of commercial awareness
9. Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team
10. A full UK driving license

Salary: £24,000 basic + Commission
Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
