Contract type and hours: 35.5 hours per week, including early and late shifts, with the possibility of longer days. Weekend working is included.
We are looking for an individual who can contribute to the team, someone with a can-do attitude, cheerful, and willing to go the extra mile to make the patient and customer experience the best it can be.
The successful applicant will be responsible, reliable, and understand what good customer service is while maintaining health and safety standards. You will need to cope with pressure and work to strict time frames.
The individual will support the ward by serving meals and drinks to patients in a busy assessment area throughout the day and assisting staff in monitoring nutrition and hydration. Responsibilities include cleaning and monitoring kitchen areas on the ward, ensuring fridge temperatures are taken and recorded accurately, and supporting ward staff to maintain patient safety by ensuring stock ordering and replenishment.
