Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement individualised educational plans based on students' needs Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to enhance students' learning experience Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic development Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN educational strategies and interventions Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in SEN Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Experience using assistive technology in education Working Conditions: Part-time hours Flexible schedule Work may involve travel to different educational settings All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
