Food Technology Teacher Full Time Southsea, Portsmouth February Start A secondary school in Southsea is seeking a passionate and committed Food Technology teacher to join their team full-time from February 2025. Key Responsibilities: Deliver dynamic and engaging Food Technology lessons that motivate and inspire students. Teach Food Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring lessons meet curriculum standards. Develop and implement lesson plans and schemes of work that cater to the diverse needs of learners. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and confidence. Support students in developing practical cooking skills, knowledge of nutrition, and understanding of food sustainability. Contribute to extracurricular activities and initiatives within the Food Technology department and wider school community. Expectations: Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
