Job Title: HR Legal Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Legal Specialist to join our team, providing legal expertise on employment matters and assisting with complex employment tribunal cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in employment tribunal cases, advising clients on employment law issues and drafting settlement agreements.
* Deal with client enquiries on HR management and employment law, providing expert advice and guidance.
* Deliver bespoke training to clients on employment law and HR best practices.
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and confidence.
* Assist with employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and insolvencies, ensuring smooth transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong background in employment law, including experience with unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, and discrimination.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* The ability to forge strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and business partners.
* A proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service.
* The willingness to grow and develop knowledge and experience in employment law and HR.
