Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Answer and direct phone calls using excellent phone etiquette.
3. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
5. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
6. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
7. Utilise Google Suite and other office software to support daily operations.
8. Handle scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members.
9. Support the accounting department with basic tasks in QuickBooks as needed.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Proficient in using computer systems, including Google Suite and QuickBooks.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to type quickly and accurately for data entry purposes.
6. A friendly demeanour with a strong commitment to customer service.
7. Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
