A business services company with a head office in Guildford, Surrey, is looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join their HR team for a temporary basis of 4 months. This urgent requirement will help a small HR function through a busy period, on a fixed term contract basis. The role will look after a range of HR administrative duties, whilst also getting involved in other activity that will help the HR Business Partner and Head of HR. The business has a progressive and supportive culture which values HR. The HR team deliver a pro active generalist service to the business as it continues to exceed its targets and grow. To apply to this role you should be an experienced HR administrator who is able to commit to a fixed term contract. It would be beneficial if you have some experience or co-ordinating recruitment campaigns aswell. The role could suit a HR Advisor who is looking for a 3-4 month contract (but it should be noted that the role will have a lot of administrative duties). Whilst there is not likely to be longer term opportunity at the firm after the contract, it does offer a great opportunity for someone to experience a new sector and gain experience in a friendly and welcoming Guildford based HR team
