The successful candidate will be eager to contribute to a respected company while developing their skills in a supportive environment.The Duties of a Shot Blaster:
* Set up and operate shot blasting equipment to prepare surfaces
* Inspect surfaces to determine the correct techniques and tools needed.
* Ensure all materials are finished to meet quality standards and specifications.
* Regularly inspect and maintain shot blasting equipment
* Work with the manufacturing team to achieve production targets.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workplace.
The Requirements of a Shot Blaster:
* Previous experience as a Shot Blaster
* Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and equipment.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
