Job Role: The role will support the Strategy and Partnerships directorate with the delivery of service transformation and innovation initiatives in line with the strategic priorities and objectives for Patient Care Locally CIC; The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service transformation and commissioning, coupled with outstanding organisational and project management abilities. In this role, you will take the lead on specific work areas, engaging and collaborating with a diverse range of system partners and stakeholders. You will gain in-depth knowledge in your areas of responsibility, providing oversight for effective service delivery and pathways and fostering improvement opportunities for Patient Care Locally CIC Key result Areas: The below describes the important aspects of the role but is not an exhaustive list. Scoping potential opportunities to develop products and services to meet the changing healthcare needs of commissioners and stakeholders The post holder will be required to maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders; Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, system-based programs, services and initiatives to provide, information and analytical advice and expertise Provide the teams business support function, including developing and managing the teams business plan, progress and reporting risk and issue management and meeting reporting requirements ; The above is only an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role.
