Will be based in offices in London for at least 3 days per week with the opportunity to work remotely for 2 days per week
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of London's leading HR consultancies. They specialise in providing HR and talent solutions for the advertising, media and marketing industry and have an enviable portfolio of fun, lively, high-profile clients. The company is now growing and they are looking for a graduate (or equivalent) with some previous HR admin or recruitment experience to join their team.
You will be working with a talented, collaborative and intelligent team of colleagues, assisting with a wide range of generalist HR projects. Duties will include
* assisting with recruitment processes; including placing adverts, collating CVs and organising interviews
* Updating and carrying out new starter and induction processes
* maintaining HR records and managing databases
* liaising with clients at all levels
* assisting with setting up and running appraisals
* acting as first point of contact for all HR related queries
This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity for someone to build their generalist HR skills and experience working across a team of exciting clients. It would suit some who is
- degree educated or equivalent with c.12 months previous HR or recruitment experience (ideally in the creative industries)
- interested in a long-term career in HR
- curious about learning more about the media, marketing and communications industry
- able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills together with an outgoing, proactive and intelligent approach
