Teaching Position in Special Education
We are seeking an exceptional teacher to join our team at Witherslack Group, a specialist education provider for students with Autism and complex needs. As a Classroom Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
You will be responsible for teaching core and foundation subjects, with the potential for subject leadership roles in English, Science, and PSHE. Our ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching children with SEND in a specialist school setting, although this is not essential.
About the Role
As a Classroom Educator, you will work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and multidisciplinary team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our students. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of effective relational behaviour management strategies, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude towards hard work and tackling challenges.
You will also have a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of our students and their families, as well as enthusiasm for working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
