Associate/Associate Director - Project Management
Location: Sheffield (hybrid - on site Monday to Thursday)

They are currently seeking experienced Associate and Associate Director level Project Managers to join their established team and play a key role in leading and delivering one of the world’s largest and most complex advanced manufacturing and industry 4.0 programmes.

This includes the construction of a state-of-the-art, highly automated machine shop - a facility set to redefine the future of advanced manufacturing in the defence, nuclear, and renewable energy sectors.
As an Associate/Associate Director Project Management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading on the delivery of this complex, multi-phase industrial development. You’ll work alongside world-class engineers, cutting-edge technology specialists, and leading construction partners to ensure the project is delivered on time, to specification, and with the highest standards of execution.

Requirements
* Strong project management experience with a technical background from the construction sector.
* Professional qualifications and memberships (MCIOB, MAPM etc) are ideal.
* Experience of NEC contracts is preferred.
* Ideally have NEC accreditation or several years NEC project management experience.
* Already security cleared or able to obtain security clearance.
* Experience leading large complex construction programs.
* A construction technical background is essential.
* Able to work on own initiative with strong motivation skills.
* Strong communication skills with experience working in a client-focused environment.
* Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
* Commitment to working a minimum of 4 days on site (Monday to Thursday).
