Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Call Center Advisor to join the legal team. As a Call Center Advisor, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing clear and accurate information about our legal services. Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, and account management. Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex cases to legal experts when necessary. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with legal professionals to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Stay informed about legal industry trends and updates to provide accurate advice. Qualifications: Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, ideally within the legal or insurance sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems.
