About the role
We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to support the Contract Manager with daily contract operations at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The Project Supervisor is responsible for the effective coordination and execution of contract operations, ensuring adherence to contractual specifications and performance standards.
This role encompasses comprehensive project planning, team leadership, health & safety compliance and proactive client relationship management. The Project Supervisor will also play a role in business development and contract financial management, identifying and pursuing opportunities to promote and market company services and enhance company profile, partly through attending industry events and networking.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Supervisor, or in a similar role and the ability to demonstrate a strong track record of success.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Grounds Maintenance, Civil Works and Play Inspection Procedures.
* Proficiency in team supervision and development, including mentoring apprentices.
* Strong understanding of health & safety regulations, including ROSPA playground inspection requirements.
* Ideally IOSH qualified, with a willingness to pursue NEBOSH certification.
* PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates (desirable).
* ROSPA Play Inspector II certification.
* Clean, valid UK driving license.
* Proficiency in conducting risk assessments.
* Experience with MEWP, harness related tasks and working at height.
* Chapter 8 training or willingness to obtain certification.
