KS1 SEN Teacher – Urmston (M41)

A primary SEN school in Urmston are currently seeking a Primary Teacher to work in a higher-ability, mixed-year class. They have come to Teaching personnel to recruit for this role and perform all necessary vetting checks. The senior leadership of this school are seeking a committed teacher to work lead a small class group in KS1.
* SEN school based in Urmston (M41), easily accessible by bus, tram or car.
* PAYE on a weekly basis on Timesheets through Teaching Personnel (no umbrella company or agency fees).
* Full-time role with a November start.
* Daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 – £43,685).
* Registration with Teaching Personnel required.
* Opportunity to move onto a school-based contract following a successful trial period.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity working with higher ability SEN pupils, optimising individual progress. The successful teacher will join a passionate faculty on a temp to perm basis.
The incoming Teacher will be working closely with a class of ten pupils, alongside three Teaching Assistants. The majority of these pupils have ASC, meaning experience with Autism is highly beneficial for this role. Senior leadership are expecting good behavioural management and a keen understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
