All about the role:
Location: Luton, LU4 9QQ; hybrid working scheme is available after successful passing of probationary period.
Salary: £23,400 gross p. a. (based on 37.5 hours per week) + monthly commission
Contract: Permanent
Opening hours Contact Centre: Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.15pm and Saturdays 9am to 1pm. We have a number of full-time roles available, although we are willing to consider part-time shifts on a job share basis consisting of reduced hours or days. However, it is desirable that the shift pattern will include working a Monday and/or Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
What you'll do:
1. Handle inbound/outbound sales and customer service enquiries for consumers in need of support or repair, adapting your approach to varying consumer needs.
2. Utilize the available products and services to find a solution for the consumer that best fits their needs.
3. Accurately record consumer data, ensuring compliance when selling regulated services such as insurance products and to ensure field teams can deliver service excellence.
4. Work as a part of a team to deliver an exceptional service and achieve key performance targets.
5. Seek out opportunities to upsell through service.
Qualifications:
1. Experience working within a sales or customer service environment.
2. Passion to deliver a first-class consumer experience.
3. Confident on the phone and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Self-motivated in both your daily activities and in self-development.
5. Enjoy working as part of a team.
6. Ability to work remotely when required.
