Our client is a boy in his teens who has complex needs, including epilepsy and learning difficulties. He is a loving and cheeky young man who is adored by his care team. He enjoys accessing the community, going to the park, snacks, playing in the garden, and having fun on the swing set.
Due to the client's support needs and preference, the successful candidate will need to be female, have some experience working with complex needs, and possess the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client to build a solid, supportive relationship.
