Manager Digital Growth and Engagement Europe
Secotools is looking for a manager to lead the Digital Sales growth and efficiency in the Region for all customer segments.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Digital Growth: Collaborate with the Regional Mgt team and marketing to develop comprehensive digital growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, considering technical feasibility and implementation requirements, including EDI, punch out, e-commerce, and API integrations.
2. Engagement: Develop customer engagement strategies to foster meaningful interactions and relationships across digital platforms and channels and support our customer transition over to a digital business model.
3. Analyze: Identify, analyze, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our Digital Sales and e-commerce service offer. Use data-driven insights to guide implementation strategies and assess effectiveness throughout different channels.
4. Technical Implementation: Oversee and collaborate with SMS and Seco IT to ensure effective implementation and integration between customer and partners' procurement systems and Seco online store.
5. Regional Mgt Team: Be the Digital Sales voice into the Region Mgt Sales team and communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on financial performance and strategic impact.
6. Services: Drive and develop sales volumes for our Inventory Mgt Service offer.
7. Change Management: Inspire and support our customers in their digital buying transformation journey.
8. Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial aspects of the team including purchasing, forecasting, budgeting review, and follow-up.
9. Team Leadership: Lead and develop people and competences needed to drive growth of Digital Sales in the Region.
Qualifications:
1. University degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and implementing e-commerce strategies.
3. Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce data and metrics.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Creative thinker with a passion for customer and problem-solving.
Experiences:
1. Proven experience in Digital Sales (B2B), focusing on growth and engagement strategies.
2. Project management experience overseeing e-commerce initiatives.
3. Experience in leading teams or working with cross-functional teams.
