Account Coordinator - Spanish Speaking - Dickies - FTC
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 5pm)
Working style: Hybrid and flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe
Location: NG2 Business Park, Nottingham (must live within commutable distance)
Vans is looking for an exceptional Account Coordinator fluent in Spanish to join our Wholesale Customer Operations team based in Nottingham, UK.

Let’s Talk about the Role
As an Account Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our wholesale accounts and will be responsible for tracking the lifecycle of accounts from order entry to final delivery.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will provide exceptional service to major online and high street retailers across Europe by:
* Understanding and managing Wholesale accounts across several markets in the EMEA region.
* Communicating with Wholesale Accounts in their native language, over the phone and by email.
* Building strong relationships with our warehouse, planning, sales and credit teams.
* Ensuring timely order conversion in-line with customer expectations.
* Interpreting a variety of daily reports as needed by the business.
* Following the end-to-end order to shipment process, liaising with our DC to ensure timely shipping.
Skills for Success
* You will be a native or fluent speaker in Spanish plus English.
* You will be computer literate with strong Excel skills.
* You will be analytical with a flair for problem-solving.
* You will have strong customer service skills.
* You will have the ability to balance responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
