Grade C £15,170.00 - £15,654.27 per annum.
Contract: Part-time, fixed term contract until 31 March 2025 with possibility of further extension to December 2025.

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the ‘Bolton Family’ and be part of our team supporting Adults Social Care.
You will work closely with Managers, Health Professionals and Social Workers and link with other members of the administrative team. Working with partner agencies to create an environment where multi-agency practice is strong. You will join a committed team who are proud of the service they deliver to achieve their potential.

About You
You will have the experience of working in an administrative capacity and/or in an office environment.
Able to demonstrate effective communication skills, in order to present information both verbally and in writing and have the ability to work as part of a team and under your own supervision.
You will be able to demonstrate effective organisational skills, with the ability to plan, develop and prioritise your work.
Must possess excellent literacy skills to ensure correct information is collated and processed and are proficient in the use of packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
You have experience of using a range of computer software packages to produce accurate, well-presented documents is essential.
You must demonstrable the ability to handle cash, be able to record and monitor payments in line with financial procedures.
Can arrange and take notes at conferences or multi agency meetings.
