Main duties of the job To support the Lead Clinical trials Technician - Clinical Trials, Research and Innovation in the operational delivery of a safe, effective and high quality clinical trials service to Medway NHS Foundation Trust patients that complies with current legislation (e.g. Medicines for Human use(Clinical trials) Regulations 2004) and best practice guidelines (e.g. Good Clinical practice (GCP)and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). To develop relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including Clinical Research Organisations (CROs), Trial Sponsors, Principal Investigators (PIs) and research teams. The post holder is also expected to work closely with the Research and Innovation (R&I) operational team supporting the implementation of medicines related trials with the Trust.
