With significant growth ahead, we’re seeking exceptional talent to join our team. We’re looking for a proactive, adaptable, and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to join our Revenue Growth team and support our mission of driving new business and expanding existing accounts.

As part of the Revenue Growth Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and developing new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting and developing sales processes across our offices in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Stockholm, and Cologne.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively research and identify high-potential companies and buyers to expand our client pipeline.
* Conduct account-specific research to spot opportunities and provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to reconnect with BTS’s network, expand existing accounts, and engage new ones.
* Build consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business development initiatives.
* Partner with Account Managers and Marketing to support account strategies and targeted campaigns.
* Act as a trusted advisor, equipping teams with the tools and insights to succeed.
Project-Based Analytics & CRM Support
* Analyse CRM data (Salesforce) and industry insights to identify trends and optimize pipeline strategies.
* Support CRM management, including data quality, reporting, and tracking KPIs
* Help identify, implement and innovate around automation tools to streamline sales processes.

* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), LinkedIn, and/or sales enablement is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, economics) or equivalent professional experience demonstrating analytical and relationship-building skills.
