Job Title: HR Analyst
Location: Epsom
Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and eventually become the lead in data, reporting, and analytics, providing valuable insights to help identify risks and areas for improvement.
The role is perfect for someone who has at least 12-18 months of experience who wants to continue their career in this field.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Manage and enhance people reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities for EAR P&C.
Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends and assess business impacts.
Communicate people data through analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence platforms.
Use data insights to drive business decisions and identify key trends.
Write clear recommendations to help leaders make informed, evidence-based decisions.
Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested.
Work with markets to ensure timely, accurate HR data reporting, including regular audits and checks.
Coordinate employee surveys such as PULSE across all markets to ensure accurate data collection.HR Business Support:
Coordinate executive appraisal and remuneration processes, ensuring accurate submission.
Lead GDPR administration and coordination.
Provide HR support on policies, talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and people analytics to support business goals.
Manage global and regional HR processes such as salary reviews, benchmarking, benefits changes, and career development planning.
Support special projects aligned with organizational goals.Budget Administration:
Coordinate budget planning with EAR Finance.
Provide reports to support budget planning, including rationale for changes.
Handle invoice approvals in SAP.Key Experience & Skills:
Strong experience working with data and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships across diverse organizational levels.
Knowledge of PowerBI
Strong communication skills, especially in an international context.
Ability to work in diverse, multicultural environments with sensitivity and adaptability.Attributes & Behaviours:
