A little bit about what you’ll do:
As a Customer Service Advisor in the Advisor Services team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our business partners. We work with a wide range of brokers and organisations, and you’ll support them with admin, queries, and questions. Your role will include taking inbound calls and communicating via email, with a strong focus on interacting in a professional yet personable manner in a business-to-business environment.
Life moves fast in this team, so you’ll need to be organised, computer-literate, and 100% professional. Customer Service experience is helpful, but it’s not essential. More important are teamwork, communication, and a gift for connecting with people.
